Blank Sheet Design
Because of either costs or time constraints, many of today’s ‘new designs’ are merely re-vamps of previously produced parts.
Design Engineers are often not allowed the luxury of trying the ‘what if’ scenario’ but with the availability of modern design tools and aids, the ‘blank sheet design’ is worth consideration.
