Co-ordinate Measuring

Co-ordinate Measuring Machine in OperationCti’s inspection facility incorporates an ITP manual control machine with a working envelope of 1500mm x 700mm x 700mm.

  

Working in conjunction with Delcam’s PowerINSPECT software, castings can be verified by comparing the original CAD data to the finished component. An inspection report is then generated displaying any deviations from the design model.

  

Geometric dimensions can also be checked and displayed by probing relevant features and referring back to a 2D drawing.
