Vacuum Casting
Vacuum casting is similar to Low Pressure Die Casting in that a permanent mould is linked to a crucible of molten metal by a riser tube, but instead of pressure being applied to the molten metal, a vacuum is created in the mould cavity, thus drawing the metal up into the cavity.
