Caroline started her career with Doncasters Sheffield Limited straight from work experience where she was offered the position of Purchase Ledger. Caroline is AAT and CIMA Qualified. She remained with the Doncasters Group moving to Doncasters Bramah which then became Radius Aerospace and worked her way up to Finance Manager with 24 years service. She has gained a wealth of experience in the Finance Function in the manufacturing sector including System Upgrades, Implementing and Managing Service Centres, and Finance restructures.
