Kevin White | Finance Director

Kevin joined the business following the MBO and brings with him a wealth of experience having worked for both global corporate players and local SMEs.

After starting his career as an office apprentice for a metal packaging manufacturer he completed his BNC in Business & Finance and then went on to complete the CIMA professional accountancy qualification in 2002. He has worked across a diverse mix of manufacturing industry sectors, including aerospace; engineering and oil & gas.

He has generated significant revenue and profit growth through a business partnering approach and embedding commercial awareness with key stakeholders within the businesses he has worked in and a reputation for high performing and results-focused teams through staff engagement and development.

His standout achievements to date include negotiation of a £4m turnkey contract for an Aero engine power system including new machinery investment, developing and delivering a suite of cost down initiatives in Aerospace, creating a business partnering group from scratch ultimately resulting in a multi-million contract win for utility services and an IMECHE Manufacturing Excellence Award for Financial Performance along the way.
